Overlooked: The Best Missed Connections of the Week

Ahh, there’s nothing like an early morning Metro ride to kick off your day. Apparently, the dark, dingy tunnels over-crowded with people are a great place for romance. Or so says Craigslist’s Missed Connections. Each day plenty of people post about that cutie with the iPod they saw while peering over their copy of Express. Maybe it’s the atmosphere, maybe it’s the hoards of people, but these couples never actually speak to each other. Luckily, we’ve got Missed Connections to give them a second chance. So here’s the best of this week’s Missed Connections: Metro Edition.

you got on the metro at farragut west and I think got off at clarendon…not too sure. Green dress, blonde, there was a guide dog in our car and we kept looking at him…you are beautiful…drinks sometime?

ok let me think…black pants pink shirt. it was a crowded train and you were hesitant but i waved at you to come on board! there was a blue shirt guy too. you got off at adams morgan and were too quick cuz i was gonna yell “ill craigslist you” but i didnt…i had a crimson shirt with a tie with cool diamonds slash squares turned sideways. i
