There are just a few announcements from the world of recent law firm moves to share:
Wiley Rein welcomed partner Christopher Huther to its communications practice. Huther joined from Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, where he was chair of the communications group.
Terri Reiskin has started at Dykema as a member of the firm’s litigation department. She focuses on automotive appellate and class action work. She previously practiced at Wallace King Domike & Reiskin, a firm whose remaining Washington lawyers recently all joined the newly opened DC office of Sedgwick.
Manatt, Phelps & Phillips has grown its energy, environment and natural resources practice with the additions of partner Jeffrey Davidson and counsel James Votaw. Davidson joined from Greenberg Traurig, and Votaw from WilmerHale.
Mark Busching and Josh Tzuker joined Crowell & Moring’s public policy group as counsel. Busching was previously chief of staff to Alabama Republican Representative Robert Aderholt. Tzuker was policy counsel at Akin Gump.
Andrew Beaujon joined Washingtonian in late 2014. He was previously with the Poynter Institute, TBD.com, and Washington City Paper. He lives in Del Ray.
